We respect your time and arrange appointments with the chosen dentist for a specific hour of the chosen day. Appointments can be booked by phone on ( +48 71 785 75 75), or by completing the application form found on this page.

To make an appointment at the desired time please select your dentist, fill out the other fields of the form and confirm your appointment by clicking “Register”.

Please choose appointment times at least two days in advance.
In the “notes” field, you can additionally specify the type of treatment required during the visit, which will help us book the correct amount of time.

We will contact you via phone or e-mail within 24 hours of booking, to confirm your appointment.
